Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how LiaFi Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our services. This Policy applies to all users of our services, including registered users and non-registered users. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this (“Website”) after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information for our business purposes from you:

  • Registration Information: When you register for our services, we collect your name, email address, principal place of business and mailing address, phone number, taxpayer identification number (TIN) or social security number (SSN) and date of birth or other similar identifiers.
  • Account Information: When you open a high-yield deposit account, we collect commercial information including your account number, account balance if any, transaction history if any, and other account information.
  • Financial Information: When you link your current business bank account we collect account log-in and any required security or access code or credentials to obtain transaction history to provide you the services.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Cookies and automatic data collection technologies

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. The California Privacy Rights Act recently amended the CCPA and added additional privacy protections, including the right to correct inaccurate personal information that a business has about the consumer; and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information collected about the consumer.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Website within 24 hours of any updates. The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
